NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

GORDON INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

The Gordon Independent School District Board of Trustees will meet in a regular session on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the school library at 112 Rusk Street, Gordon, Texas 76453. Items to be discussed are as follows:

1. Discuss/Approve 2006-2007 Annual Financial Report (audit) for the Year Ended August 31, 2007.

2. Discuss/Approve Budget Amendments.

3. Discuss/Approve Changing Travel Reimbursement Rate.

4. Discuss/Approve Property Casualty Contract with TASB.

5. Discuss/Approve Purchase of Stock Trailer.

6. Discuss Possibility of Contracting With a Financial Advisor.

7. Discuss Web Filtering Software and Firewall.

8. Discuss/Approve Transfer Students.

VI. Superintendent’s Report- enrollment, distribute superintendent appraisal instrument, superintendent goals, and financial report.
