NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

GORDON INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

The Gordon Independent School District Board of Trustees will meet in a regular session on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the school library at 112 Rusk Street, Gordon, Texas 76453. Items to be discussed are as follows:

1. Discuss/Approve Superintendent Evaluation and Contract.

2. Discuss/Approve Request from Lowell Wilson of King Abstract to Waive Penalties and Interest on Tax Bill.

3. Discuss Location of New Walk-In Freezer.

4. Discuss/Approve Purchase of Walk-In Freezer.

5. Discuss/Approve Purchase of Cafeteria Stove.

6. Discuss/Approve Transfer Students.

VI. Superintendent’s Report- financial report, plans for TASB summer conference.

VII. Future Business

A. Approval of the date and time for the February regular board meeting.
