GORDON INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT
The Gordon Independent School
District Board of Trustees will meet in a regular session on Thursday, February
12, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. in the school library at 112 Rusk Street, Gordon, Texas
76453. Items to be discussed are as follows:

Excellence Indicator System (AEIS) Report for 2007-2008.
2. Discuss/Approve
Letting Bids for Flooring for the Main Building, New Lockers, and New Cafeteria
Tables and Chairs.
3. Discuss/Approve Extending Current Depository Contract
with First National Bank Albany/Breckenridge for two years (September 1, 2009
through August 31, 2011).
4. Discuss/Approve Call Board of Trustees Election for
May 9, 2009.
5. Discuss/Approve Appointment of Judges and Clerks for
May 9, 2009 Board of Trustees Election.
6. Discuss/Approve Joint Election Agreement with the City
of Gordon.
7. Discuss/Approve Joint Election Agreement with the City
of Mingus.
